I have an mp3 ringtone on my computer and I want to use it on my phone. how do I do that?

The mp3 is a 50 sec clip from Tool's "Rosetta Stoned". I want to send it to my phone as a ringtone. My carrier is Telus, can anyone tell me how to do that?
